2008 Microfinance Technology Survey
July 10, 2008
Technology is consistently cited as one of the greatest challenges faced by microfinance institutions (MFIs) around the world. While efficient use of technology can help reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase outreach, many MFIs continue to sink funds into poor technology investments or simply do not invest in technology which limits their ability to grow and compete.
The survey will help us understand how MFIs are using technology today, how they are approaching future technology investments, and identify weaknesses and opportunities in the microfinance technology market.
To be eligible for the raffle to win up to $15,000 in free consulting services,* please take part before our deadline of September 15, 2008.
Take the online survey or download survey and return by email.
*CGAP will raffle off two IS Fund assignments to be funded at 100% instead of 60%, for a maximum of $15,000. Learn more about the IS Fund at www.isfund.org.
