Carola Saba leads CGAP’s Partnerships Unit, managing member relations, fundraising, and intelligence.
Carola has worked in international development and financial inclusion for the past 20 years and has held senior management and leadership positions in the field. Before joining CGAP, she worked for the United Nations Capital Development Fund and Women’s World Banking. She has also been an independent consultant for several foundations and organizations in the financial inclusion sector.
She has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University and a Certificate in Management from Harvard University. She is a native Spanish speaker.
