Emma Lala Bouali is a French Algerian national, based in Finland. She joined CGAP to support the effort of modernizing Government to Person Payments (G2P) delivery systems. She has 20 years of experience in digital finance within the private and development sectors. Emma started her career in the digital banking sector, later she moved to Orange Group where she worked on scaling up Mobile Money activities in Africa and the Middle East. Before joining CGAP, Emma provided technical assistance to donors on digital finance across multiple geographies.
