Esther Mututta

Esther Mututta Ssenoga is a Senior Manager for Linkage Banking & Special Segments at Post Bank Uganda (PBU). She’s currently supporting PBU’s relationship-based banking and group-based models to achieve a wide customer base and customer numbers. Esther loves to dedicate time, energy and commitment to the financially excluded, that includes using customer insights to deliver financial services and products.

Esther is an accomplished Financial Service Manager with over 15 years’ experience of rural finance and related services to micro savers and small businesses. Prior to joining PBU, Esther was a senior microfinance manager with Centenary Bank Uganda and led the Uganda Women’s Effort to Save Orphans. Esther holds a DBA from the University Institute for International and European Studies, as well as an MBA and BCom from Makerere University-Kampala.

Linking Mobile Banking with Village Groups in Uganda
