Matthew Gamser is Chief Executive Officer, Small and Medium Enterprise Finance Forum, at the International Finance Corporation (IFC). He has over 35 years of experience in private sector development and finance, with a focus on the role of commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions in broadening and deepening services to households and enterprises previously lacking formal finance. He holds a BA and MA from Harvard University, and a MSc and DPhil from Sussex University UK.
