Sam Raymond is a Consultant with infoDev’s Access to Finance Program at the World Bank Group. He develops strategy, manages projects and conducts research on early-stage entrepreneurial finance in emerging markets, with a concentration on crowdfunding and angel investing. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, Sam worked as Research Assistant to Speaker of the United States House of Representatives Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.
