Shaha Zehra is a member of CGAP’s Partnership Unit where she provides strategic support in providing project specific engagement plans, market intelligence, as well as coordinating trips and meetings with CGAP members, and other activities.
Before joining CGAP, Shaha worked with IEG’s Global Evaluation Initiative where she implemented a gender strategy, led an annual global knowledge sharing initiative, and managed trust fund governance. Prior to joining the World Bank, Shaha worked with UN Women in the ECA regional office. Shaha has also worked with non-profit organizations in Pakistan and Cambodia.
Shaha studied International Development and Economics at John’s Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and has a B.A. in Women’s Studies from Hamilton College.
