Shilpi Shastri is a consultant with the CGAP team, contributing to data projects and various initiatives. She collaborates with an array of stakeholders in the financial services industry, including banks, microfinance institutions, fintech firms, insurers, policymakers, regulators, donors, international development organizations, and technical advisory firms across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. 

In 2021, she founded Winclusivity LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to embedding inclusion in business and policy, especially within the financial sector. Her expertise spans research, strategic advisory, program design, product innovation, capacity building, toolkit development, monitoring, evaluation, and financial modeling. 

Previously, Shilpi held positions at Women's World Banking and the International Finance Corporation. She earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur.
