This blog series on financial capability features  guest posts that explore themes such as why financial capability matters, incentivizing new approaches to financial capability and building the evidence base for financial capability.  The series coincides with the recent release of the Citi Foundation and Monitor report "Bridging the Gap: The Business Case for Financial Capability," which discusses the large, urgent and growing gap between access to finance and financial capability for low-income customers, and why innovation, better outcomes and making the business case is so important. The report also proposes a shared agenda for progress.
