These stories highlight examples of CGAP’s influence in the financial sector over the years, from the Graduation Program that started in 2006 to some of our more recent work on open application programming interfaces (APIs), regulatory sandboxes, and pay-as-you-go (PAYGo) solar financing. The stories illustrate different modalities of influence in terms of stakeholder focus, our interventions and activities, and the overall impact.
