Applying Behavioral Research to Consumer Protection

Getting started with behavioral research does not have to be difficult. CGAP has created a series of five learning modules to provide an overview of how policy makers and regulators can use behavioral research to inform a range of consumer protection issues, including transparency, recourse, fair treatment and financial capability. The modules include many real-life examples to illustrate how regulators can use behavioral research tools. After reviewing these modules, you will have the basic knowledge you need to begin developing your own behavioral research policy project.
