Angela Garcia works with the IFC Sector Economics and Development Impact Unit, coordinating the evaluation and research agenda of the Harnessing Innovation for Financial Inclusion (HiFi) program. She has 10 years of experience in international development with a focus on financial inclusion and impact evaluation. Before joining IFC, Angela worked at the Inter-American Development Bank and Innovations for Poverty Action. She holds a master’s degree in economics from Penn State University and an undergraduate degree in business from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.
