Surbhi Sood is a Specialist at MicroSave Consulting. She has spent most of her career using innovative technologies to strengthen the Digital Financial Capability of the low- and middle-income segments in Asia and Africa, focusing on developing intuitive financial products and services to safeguard customer data. She has worked across many themes, including financial inclusion, digital financial services, livelihoods, MSME finance, and gender policy, including behavioral research and user-centered design. Most recently, she identified solutions to drive alternate finance mechanisms for CLMV (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Vietnam) countries funded by JAIF- Japan ASEAN Integration Fund. Surbhi holds a post-graduate diploma in rural management (PGDRM) from the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), India.
