As an external affairs consultant, Ian works to increase CGAP’s reach and impact through social media, learning events, and media engagements.
Before joining CGAP, Ian worked on a grants management team at the UN’s International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), facilitating research on climate change adaptation for smallholder farmers. Ian previously worked as a research fellow at Food Tank: The Think Tank for Food, and as an independent researcher conducting studies on digital technologies and resource mobilization among fisherfolk communities in western Kenya.
Ian has a B.A. in International Studies from Fordham University.
