This survey captured banking agents operating in rural and urban areas, as well as those were operating from a fixed point, with those that had flexibility to deliver services at varied locations. A majority of agents are fixed-point, even though moving or roving agents tend to do more business. Also, more rural locations were surveyed, but urban locations had more transactions and more business overall.
