Joshua Romisher has spent over six years in the African solar home system sector as the former CFO of Fenix International and vice president of corporate finance at ZOLA Electric. He is an entrepreneur with a wide array of ventures, including a boutique investment bank in New York, solar irrigation start-up in India, and frozen yogurt franchise in San Francisco. His mission of creating impact at scale and passion for the environment led him to the distributed solar sector in Africa. He is driven by the opportunity to provide hard working people across the globe with the platform to put their skills to work in affecting positive social change. Joshua holds a master of science in management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He also holds the chartered financial analyst designation. He is currently exploring impact opportunities across Europe and Africa with a focus on working with local entrepreneurs to launch and grow sustainable businesses in critical sectors such as energy, education, and financial services.
